Q. How do I purchase my order on the site?
To order your item:

  1. Click the "Add to cart" button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue to add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed with your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log-in page where you need to log in to your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed with your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click the "next”button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click the“next" button.
  6. Next, you'll need to choose your payment method then click the“next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and conditions.
  8. Click“Confirm Order” to complete the order.


Q. What are the payment methods available?
mixshop offers various kinds of Payment Methods as shown below:-

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Log in to your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

 

Q. I forgot the Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in the email that was used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Please contact our customer service for the cancellation of the order.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Singapore Dollars


Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
We will prepare and send out your order on the same or the next working day. As for Shopee Xpress, it takes around 1~3 days for the delivery. However, we are unable to guarantee the delivery timing as it depends on Shopee Xpress.

 

Q. Can I refund my order if it does not suit me?

We do not accept return or exchange of masks due to hygiene reasons, there is also high shipping costs for exchange as well. Please contact our customer service for more inquiries.

Q. Where is your mask made from?

All our mask is custom-made in China. It is sent to a local authorized laboratory for testing and has passed HSA's requirement of BFE>95%,  with test result BFE > 99.9%,  All our orders are shipped from Singapore. 

 

Q. What is the difference between Medical Mask and Face Mask?

Both masks are sent to a local authorized laboratory for testing and have passed HSA's requirement of BFE>95%,  with test result BFE>99%. 

Both masks use BFE>99% Melt blown fabric.

The only difference is that they are made from different factories. Medical Mask is made from the factory with Medical Mask production license, standard: YY 0469-2011, while Face Mask is made from the factory with civil face mask production license, Standard: T/CNTAC 55-2020.

 

Q. Is KF94 a Medical Mask?

Our KF94 mask is sent to a local authorized laboratory for testing,  passed the government requirement of BFE>95%,  with test result BFE > 99.9%,  which is higher than normal Medical Mask,  KF94 can be called a Medical Grade Mask, but it is not a Medical mask
