A: Dear buyer, usually, Qxpress will take 2~3 working day for the delivery.
Singpost will take 3~5 working days for small packet delivery, but sometimes there may slightly delays, NO tracking for normal mail, for bulky parcel which not able to fit into your mail box, postman will leave your parcel at your nearest post office with or without notice,please bring IC to check for bulky parcel at your post office counter.
Pls kindly wait for another few more days, and check your letter box sometimes if you selected Singpost normal mail. you may Qpost us or email us at "[email protected]" with your Order or Cart number, if you still could not received your order after 1 week of your payment.
Pls kindly understand, for a better communication and faster process, Pls make a "inquiry to sell" or email us before file a refund/cancel/non-receipt claims on the system. Thank u.

A: Dear buyer, , you may exchange at any our outlets if you happen to be around, located at CityLink mall #B1-45 (City hall MRT), or Square 2 mall #03-46 (Novena MRT) or #02-95, Harbourfront centre mall ( Harbourfront MRT), or KB-1 #05-02, (Kaki Bukit MRT) PLEASE CONFIRM WITH US WITH QPOST BEFORE SELF COLLECTION OR EXCHANGE, WE NEED TO PREPARE FROM WAREHOUSE AND DELIVERY TO OUTLET. or you may exchange any other item in shop (CAN TOP UP PRICE DIFFERENCE, BUT NO REFUND).
Or send back us at “#05-02, KB-1, 1 Kaki Bukit Ave 3, Singapore 416087, mixshop” for exchange, please write a memo with your order number and what item you want change inside.
For a hygiene reason, Pls note that the return item must be a original packing without trying.

Hi.
I just received my parcel yesterday, and inside got an item which I did not order, and 1 item was missing. The order number is 224634914. I ordered F561, should be a Line Cony rabbit, camera and a light blue cube band, but I received a band with a heart shaped metal piece, with "made with love" wordings.
May I know if F561 is out stock? if yes, I would like to request for a refund. if still available, I would like the item to send to me, while I send back the incorrect item.
