    A: Dear buyer, usually, Qxpress will take 2~3 working day for the delivery.

    Singpost will take 3~5 working days for small packet delivery, but sometimes there may slightly delays, NO tracking for normal mail, for bulky parcel which not able to fit into your mail box, postman will leave your parcel at your nearest post office with or without notice,please bring IC to check for bulky parcel at your post office counter.


    Pls kindly wait for another few more days, and check your letter box sometimes if you selected Singpost normal mail. you may Qpost us or email us at "[email protected]" with your Order or Cart number, if you still could not received your order after 1 week of your payment.


    Pls kindly understand, for a better communication and faster process, Pls make a "inquiry to sell" or email us before file a refund/cancel/non-receipt claims on the system. Thank u.

    What do you mean by couldn't track my order number from your list? Attached is the statement of delivery that came with the parcel. I'm sure you can recognise it.

    It is dishonest to change the order status to shipping on delivery when the item is out of stock and you did not send it out at all. Could at least contact me for a replacement.

    Please advise asap.

    So sorry for the mistake that we mentioned we couldn't find your order number yesterday. We found your order number already and the out of stock leggings we have already cancelled the order for you because our warehouse doesn't have any stocks left for the leggings. We have made a changes in our listing on cancelling out the leggings as well. Thank you and so sorry for the mistake that we've made.

    As for the out of stock legging, to resolve it, can you send me another t-shirt Y285 instead (same price as legging)? Pls advise asap.

    Once the item is being cancelled the product will automatically be cancelled as well. As for the T-shirt Y285 we will need to check in our warehouse if we still have stocks for that or not first. Thank you! Sorry for the mistake.

    I'm talking about Order number 327409603 (valid order for legging which is out of stock). Pls let me know when you can get back to me regarding the replacement tshirt availability. Alternatively, you can let me know which tshirt designs are available.

    And pls revert the order status to order requested . You did not send out the item due to out of stock, the status should not be Shipping on delivery . This is not correct.
